About The Role
We are recruiting a Dynamics 365 Support specialist to provide technical and functional support for Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations while delivering system enhancements, integrations, and process improvements. You will work closely with business stakeholders to ensure the ERP platform remains reliable, secure, and aligned with business needs.
Responsibilities To Include
- Provide day-to-day support for Dynamics 365 ERP and Finance.
- Troubleshoot system, workflow, integration, and user issues.
- Manage user accounts, security roles, and permissions.
- Develop and maintain customisations, reports, workflows, and integrations.
- Support upgrades, testing, and new feature deployments.
- Work with stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver improvements.
- Create and maintain system documentation, training materials and help guides.

Skills And Knowledge Required
- Degree in IT, Computer Science, or equivalent experience supporting and developing Dynamics 365 ERP solutions.
- Experience supporting and/or developing Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O.
- Knowledge of Finance, Procurement, Inventory, or Supply Chain modules.
- Experience with Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI).
- Understanding of D365 security, workflows, and data entities.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities from various functions.
- Understanding of ERP integrations with third-party systems such as Product Lifecycle Management (PLM), Quality Management, Asset Management, or Warehouse Management solutions.
- Experience delivering system improvements, process automation, and user support in a business-critical ERP environment.
Desirable Skills And Experience
- Warehouse Management, Inventory Control, Asset Management
- Procurement & Purchasing, Supply Chain Management, Manufacturing Operations
- Azure DevOps, and Lifecycle Services (LCS).
- Experience with APIs, Dataverse, and Azure integrations.
- Microsoft Dynamics 365 certifications.
