Dynamics 365 System Configurator
📍 Fully Remote | Full-Time
We're working with an established organisation looking to add an experienced Dynamics 365 System Configurator to their growing IT team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys improving business systems, configuring Dynamics 365 to meet user needs, and working closely with stakeholders to deliver practical, user-focused solutions.
The Role
As the Dynamics 365 System Configurator, you'll play a key role in configuring, maintaining and optimising the Dynamics 365 environment across multiple business functions. Working alongside technical and business teams, you'll translate business requirements into effective system configurations that improve efficiency, automation and reporting.
Responsibilities
- Configure and maintain Microsoft Dynamics 365 modules
- Build and optimise workflows, forms, dashboards and reports
- Translate business requirements into practical system solutions
- Manage user access, security roles and permissions
- Support data imports, migrations and ongoing system maintenance
- Troubleshoot configuration issues and recommend improvements
- Collaborate with stakeholders, developers and business users to deliver enhancements
- Support testing, releases and continuous platform improvements
- Keep up to date with new Dynamics 365 and Power Platform features

About You
We're looking for someone with:
- Proven experience configuring Microsoft Dynamics 365
- Strong understanding of CRM and business processes
- Experience with workflows, automation and system configuration
- Knowledge of security roles, data management and reporting
- Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills
- Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive approach
