Dynamics 365 Business Central Consultant Microsoft Partner | UK-Wide | £70,000 – £80,000

Salary: circa £70,000 – £80,000 Location: UK-wide Type: Permanent Start: Immediate or up to one month’s notice preferred

An established Microsoft Partner is looking for a senior Dynamics 365 Business Central Consultant to support a growing pipeline of client projects across the UK. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced BC professional who can step into customer-facing delivery quickly, take ownership of consultancy work, and operate with minimal support.

The role suits someone confident working directly with customers, gathering requirements, advising on best practice, and delivering Business Central solutions across the full project lifecycle. Experience within the not-for-profit sector would be highly beneficial.

The Role You will be responsible for delivering high-quality Dynamics 365 Business Central consultancy to a range of clients, with a strong focus on independent, customer-facing project delivery.

Key responsibilities will include: Leading client workshops and gathering business requirements Delivering functional consultancy across Dynamics 365 Business Central Configuring BC to meet client requirements Advising customers on best practice and process improvement Supporting implementations, upgrades, and system optimisation projects Working closely with project teams, developers, and stakeholders Managing client expectations and providing clear, consultative guidance Delivering work confidently with minimal hand-holding

About You This opportunity requires a senior-level consultant who can hit the ground running. The successful candidate will have strong Business Central experience and the confidence to work independently in front of customers.

You should have: Strong experience as a Dynamics 365 Business Central / NAV Consultant A proven track record delivering customer-facing consultancy Experience across full or partial BC implementation lifecycles The ability to work independently with limited support Strong communication, stakeholder management, and workshop facilitation skills Commercial awareness and a consultative approach to client delivery Ideally, experience working with not-for-profit clients Availability to start immediately or within a maximum of one month preferred

This role is particularly suited to someone coming from a consulting background (MS Partner Environment) who wants to continue building their career within a reputable Microsoft Partner environment.
