Dynamics 365BC Trainer

Dynamics 365 Business Central Trainer Opportunity

Location: Hybrid – home and office Hours: 37.5 hours per week Salary: Up to £50k + benefits

A Microsoft Dynamics specialist is looking for an experienced Dynamics Trainer to design and deliver high-quality training across Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central.

This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys helping users get the most from technology, creating engaging learning materials, and delivering clear, effective training to both internal teams and external customers.

You will be responsible for:

  • Designing and delivering training programmes on Dynamics 365 Business Central
  • Creating training materials, including videos, user guides, booklets, presentations and blog content
  • Delivering live training sessions, both face-to-face and virtually
  • Supporting users with varying levels of technical knowledge
  • Keeping training documentation up to date with new features and software releases
  • Working closely with Support, Project Delivery, CRM and Power Platform teams
  • Providing additional training around tools such as Power BI, Cosmos and Continia where relevant

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Proven experience delivering software training, ideally around Dynamics 365 Business Central
  • Experience creating engaging training content across written, video and digital formats
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft technologies, cloud systems and business processes
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Confidence presenting to groups, both online and in person
  • Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities
  • A proactive mindset and commitment to continuous learning

Experience with Power BI, Cosmos, Continia, LMS platforms, instructional design, finance, business analysis, or certifications such as MB-800 or MCT would be highly beneficial.
