Conspicuous is working with a growing Microsoft Dynamics partner seeking an experienced Dynamics 365 CRM Lead Consultant to deliver CRM and Power Platform solutions throughout the full project lifecycle.

Responsibilities
The role involves:
- Leading Dynamics 365 CRM and Power Platform implementations
- Collaborating with customers to gather requirements and facilitate workshops
- Configuring and extending CRM solutions for business needs
- Delivering demos, training, and engaging with stakeholders
- Supporting system integrations and ongoing product development
- Managing multi-project engagements with development teams, customers, and clients
Requirements
Candidates must demonstrate:
- In-depth expertise in Dynamics 365 CRM and Power Platform
- Strong customer-facing consultancy skills
- Experience in full lifecycle project delivery
- Knowledge of AI/copilot features and Azure integration is a plus
- Microsoft certifications (e.g., PL-900 or PL-600) highly beneficial
