ERP Consultant / Implementation Specialist (Microsoft Dynamics BC / NAV & Bespoke Solutions)

Remote with travel to customers when required.

The Opportunity

Our client is seeking an experienced ERP Consultant to join their growing Service Delivery Team. In this client-facing role, you will act as a vital bridge between our client's specialised industry expertise and their customer base, building lasting relationships and serving as a trusted advisor to ensure the success of complex software implementations. You will provide end-to-end consultancy, implementation services, training, and support, focusing heavily on functional analysis, gap-fit training, system configuration, and writing specifications for business change using Microsoft Dynamics NAV/BC and proprietary healthcare vertical solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Solution Configuration & Analysis: Analyse client requirements and objectives to determine how the client's proprietary vertical solutions and Dynamics NAV/BC can best meet business needs, producing requirements and managing client configuration and process re-design.
  • Implementation & Advisory: Deliver full-cycle implementation services, hands-on assistance, and advisory consulting for project-related tasks to ensure successful go-lives.
  • Data Management: Oversee data migration, integration, and data transfer tasks as defined by project scopes.
  • Testing & Documentation: Manage process and system testing, and create accurate documentation in line with company operational frameworks.
  • Training & Development: Deliver comprehensive training to key-user and end-user teams, both on-site and remotely.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
