Bellway Dynamics CRM Developer Opportunity

Bellway is looking for a Dynamics CRM Developer to join our Group IT team in a newly created role based at our Head Office in Woolsington, Newcastle upon Tyne. This is an exciting opportunity to take ownership of the development, customisation and ongoing enhancement of our Microsoft Dynamics CRM and Power Platform environment, helping to shape systems that support key business functions across Bellway.

As one of the UK's leading housebuilders, Bellway has been creating homes and communities for generations. We are proud of our North East heritage and our national reach, and we are continuing to invest in the technology, systems and people that help us work smarter, improve customer experience and support our long-term success.

The Role

Reporting to the Group IT Director, you will play a key role in developing, maintaining and supporting Bellway's Microsoft Dynamics CRM system, which is currently used by our Marketing and Customer Care teams and, through Power Apps, by areas of our Construction team.

This is a hands-on development role where you will design and deliver practical, scalable solutions within Dynamics CRM, Dataverse and the wider Power Platform. You will work closely with internal stakeholders, the wider IT team and external partners to understand requirements, improve processes and deliver solutions that make a real difference to how our teams work.

We are looking for someone who enjoys solving problems, taking ownership and working collaboratively with both technical and non-technical colleagues. You will be comfortable operating in a changing environment and keen to develop systems that support real business needs.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
