Role Description This full-time role for Dynamics D365 Consultants/Architects is based in Glasgow in a hybrid working model, combining on-site collaboration with the flexibility to work from home. Day-to-day responsibilities include:

- Designing and implementing Microsoft Dynamics 365 solutions
- Mapping business requirements to system capabilities
- Leading configuration and customization activities

The role involves working closely with clients and internal teams to analyze existing processes, recommend improvements, and ensure successful integrations with other enterprise systems. Professionals in this position will contribute to solution architecture, participate in project planning and delivery, and provide guidance and documentation to support ongoing system maintenance and upgrades.
Qualifications
- Strong Analytical Skills to understand complex business requirements and translate them into effective Dynamics 365 solutions.
- Consulting experience, including stakeholder engagement, requirements gathering, and solution recommendation across diverse business environments.
- Knowledge of Business Process design and optimization, with experience mapping workflows to Dynamics 365 modules and features.
- Project Management capabilities to support planning, execution, and coordination of D365 implementations and enhancements.
- Integration experience with ERP, CRM, and other enterprise systems, including APIs and middleware solutions.
- Hands-on expertise with Microsoft Dynamics 365 (e.g., Finance & Operations, Customer Engagement) and related Microsoft technologies such as Power Platform and Azure.
- Experience and understanding of Frontier Firm, AI/Agentic AI adoption
- Ability to work effectively in hybrid teams, strong communication skills, and a collaborative mindset.
- Relevant certifications (e.g., Microsoft Dynamics 365, Azure) and experience in consulting or technology services environments are highly beneficial.
