Dynamics 365 CE Developer | East Midlands | Hybrid | Up to £60,000 + Excellent Benefits
Strong on D365. Just as strong at explaining it? Built for ownership, not just output?
This role sits inside the Sales module of D365 CE. You'll take the technical lead there, working alongside integration partners to get the platform live, then staying on to keep shaping it as the business grows and changes around it. There's genuine room here to leave your mark rather than just maintain someone else's build.
What the role actually involves:
- Owning technical delivery within the Sales module
- Building plugins, workflows, and integrations using C#, JavaScript, and Power Automate
- Working across Power Platform, Dataverse, and Azure (Logic Apps, Functions, Web API)
- Translating business requirements into working solutions alongside consultants, architects, and stakeholders

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

This one's as much about how you work as what you build:
- This is a stand-alone position, so you'll be the go-to person for all things Dynamics. That means attending meetings across the business, engaging confidently with stakeholders at every level from developers through to senior management, and taking full ownership of what you deliver.
- Clear, direct communication matters just as much as technical skill here - you'll need to be comfortable explaining decisions, managing expectations, and owning the outcome without someone else to lean on.
What you'll need:
- Proven experience delivering solutions in Dynamics 365 CE / CRM
- Solid understanding of the Sales module and how it's used operationally
- Strong C#, JavaScript, Power Automate, and plugin development skills
- Comfort with solution layers, security models, and CI/CD (Azure DevOps preferred)
- Strong communication skills and the confidence to be the go-to SME, with requirements that will shift as you go
