ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITY
Step into a dynamic, problem-solving role where you’ll elevate mid-office systems and drive meaningful operational improvements. As part of a collaborative Mid-Office Support team, you’ll work closely with Technology and Finance to enhance system performance, streamline processes, and support end users. This is your opportunity to influence business outcomes through system enhancements, testing, and user enablement. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Lead and manage system testing processes, environments, and plans
- Identify and implement continuous process and system enhancements
- Maintain and configure mid-office systems including transactions, product groups, and user access
- Coordinate and execute system upgrades, enhancements, and maintenance activities
- Perform system, application, and data analysis to drive improvements
- Collaborate with developers and business stakeholders to implement solutions
- Support user acceptance testing and regression testing activities
- Provide helpdesk support for front-end system queries and invoicing issues
- Deliver training to system users across Finance and the wider business
- Monitor and resolve system queries within agreed SLAs
- Maintain user documentation and procedures
- Identify efficiencies and improvements within mid-office operations
- Support team deliverables and contribute to broader Finance initiatives
- Contribute to a safe, inclusive, and accessible work environment where all Flighties feel welcomed, respected, and supported to thrive

EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS
- Strong problem-solving and time management skills
- Proven success in previous roles
- Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
- Strong analytical and communication skills
- Ability to influence, challenge, and improve business processes
- Proactive, self-motivated, and adaptable to change
- Minimum 2 years mid-office experience
- Knowledge and experience of Protas
- Comprehensive knowledge and experience of GDS
