Dynamics 365 Business Central Trainer
Location: Hybrid (Home & Office Based) Salary: Up to £50,000 + Benefits Hours: Full Time, 37.5 Hours Per Week
We are seeking a knowledgeable and engaging Dynamics 365 Business Central Trainer to join our growing Microsoft partner. This exciting role is ideal for a Business Central Consultant, Trainer, Key User, Systems Accountant, or ERP professional who thrives on empowering users to maximise technological tools.
The Trainer will design and deliver high-quality training programmes, create engaging learning materials, and drive adoption of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central across customers and internal teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deliver training programmes focused on Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central.
- Conduct training sessions both remotely and in-person, catering to diverse audiences and skill levels.
- Create engaging learning materials, including:
- Video tutorials
- User guides
- Presentations
- Training manuals
- Blog content

- Collaborate with consultants, support teams, and subject matter experts to maintain accurate and relevant training content.
- Develop and maintain technical documentation, aligning with Business Central updates and new functionality.
- Gather feedback from participants and continuously improve training delivery.
- Support the growth of online learning platforms and knowledge-sharing resources.
- Provide training on related Microsoft technologies and third-party solutions.
- Offer post-training guidance and support to users for adoption and best practices.
About You
Essential Requirements
- Proven experience in delivering software training, ideally for Dynamics 365 Business Central.
- In-depth knowledge of Business Central functionality and business processes.
- Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to simplify complex concepts.
- Experience in creating learning materials, including videos, guides, and presentations.
- Comfortable training both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Excellent organisation and multitasking skills.

Desirable Qualifications
- Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central certification (MB-800 or equivalent).
- Microsoft Certified Trainer (MCT) accreditation.
- Familiarity with Power BI, Cosmos, Continia, or reporting solutions.
- Background in finance, business analysis, or ERP consultancy.
- Experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS) and online platforms.
