Dynamics 365 Business Central Trainer

Location: Hybrid (Home & Office)
Job Type: Permanent

Are you an experienced Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central Trainer with a passion for helping people get the most from technology?

We're working with a well-established Microsoft Partner that has been delivering ERP solutions to manufacturing and distribution businesses for over 30 years. Due to continued growth, they are looking to appoint a Dynamics 365 Business Central Trainer to join their expanding team. This is an excellent opportunity to work with both customers and internal teams, designing engaging training programmes, creating learning content, and helping organisations maximise the value of their Business Central investment.

The Role

You'll be responsible for delivering high-quality training across Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central, producing a range of learning materials, and supporting users throughout their learning journey.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Designing and delivering engaging Dynamics 365 Business Central training programmes
  • Delivering instructor-led training both remotely and in person
  • Creating training videos, user guides, presentations, documentation and knowledge articles
  • Developing content for online learning platforms and knowledge bases
  • Working closely with consultants and subject matter experts to ensure training remains accurate and up to date
  • Supporting customers and internal teams following training delivery
  • Gathering feedback and continuously improving training materials
  • Providing training across complementary Microsoft technologies where appropriate, including reporting solutions

Skills & Experience

We're looking for someone with:

  • Previous experience delivering Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central training
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills
  • Experience creating professional training materials and documentation
  • Strong understanding of business processes and ERP systems
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft cloud technologies
  • Experience with reporting solutions such as Power BI, Cosmos or Continia would be advantageous
  • Experience using Learning Management Systems (LMS) is beneficial
  • Microsoft certifications such as MB-800 or MCT would be advantageous but are not essential
  • A background in finance, business analysis or consultancy would be beneficial
