Totum is partnering with a leading law firm who are recruiting for a fully remote eBilling Manager on a 6-month FTC. The firm is seeking someone with proven experience as an eBilling Manager or Billing Team Leader, confident managing a team and experienced with 3E.
The role will involve:
- Overseeing the day-to-day eBilling function
- Managing and supporting the eBilling team
- Ensuring accurate and timely invoice submissions
- Working closely with Finance, Collections, and client teams
- Resolving billing queries and keeping workflows moving smoothly
- Supporting improvements to processes and ways of working
- Encouraging best practice across the eBilling function
- Helping guide the team through any system or process updates
- Maintaining strong communication with internal stakeholders and clients

- Experience as an eBilling Manager or Billing Team Leader
- Experience managing a team
- Practical knowledge of 3E
