Department

Reports To

Operations Director and CEO

This is a full-time, office-based vacancy within our digital team. It is an exciting opportunity for anyone who likes to use both sides of the brain, who can be analytical whilst also being creative, who is detail driven and who wants to immerse themselves in our luxury tableware brand.

As we continue to grow our digital presence and capabilities, we are seeking a talented and commercially minded Digital (Ecommerce & Website) Manager to work alongside our current digital lead to develop, optimise, and scale our digital ecosystem across website, CRM, and performance marketing channels.

This role will involve you being hands on, and at times helping with every aspect of the business. You will be exposed to the full workings of running a thriving retail enterprise and have many opportunities to make a mark. This role is ideal for someone who is both strategic and hands-on, with strong experience in Shopify, CRM data analysis, paid social, and system integrations.

About the Brand

We are a growing luxury homeware brand known for timeless design, exceptional craftsmanship, and a strong commitment to quality. As our digital presence continues to expand globally, we are looking to invest further in ecommerce, customer insight, and digital marketing capabilities.

Role Overview

You will be instrumental in shaping and executing the next stage of our digital growth strategy, ensuring that every customer touchpoint reflects the premium standards of our brand.

You will work alongside our current Digital Manager and together will be responsible for optimising and expanding our ecommerce platform, digital marketing channels, and customer data insights, whilst overseeing the integration of our digital ecosystem — from CRM and ERP through to social commerce platforms such as Meta and Pinterest.

You will play a critical role in growing online revenue, improving website performance, and building deeper customer relationships through data-driven decision making.

Key Responsibilities

Ecommerce & Website Management

  • Manage and optimise our Shopify storefront, ensuring best-in-class user experience and performance, managing implementation with our digital agency.
  • Oversee site merchandising by managing product listings, collections, content updates, and promotional mechanics with meticulous attention to detail
  • Lead ongoing website improvements, UX optimisation, and conversion rate optimisation (CRO).
  • Collaborate with design, marketing, and product teams to ensure the website reflects the luxury brand experience.
  • Utilise A/B testing to improve conversion rate and average order value.
  • Collaborate with the creative and marketing team to maintain visual and editorial standards across the site.
  • Manage third-party Shopify apps and plugins, evaluating new tools to enhance performance and functionality.
  • Ensure site speed, accessibility, and technical SEO best practices are consistently upheld.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
