About The Team

You’ll be joining the Joybuy team, which values collaboration, ownership, and a commitment to delivering high-quality results in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

We are looking for a E-commerce Campaigns Manager to drive Joybuy's commercial campaigns and customer activations across the UK market.

Working at the intersection of Marketing, Product, and Commercial teams, you will be responsible for planning and delivering campaigns that bring the Joybuy website and app to life. From seasonal promotions and product launches to locally relevant commercial initiatives, you will create engaging customer experiences that drive traffic, conversion, and repeat purchases.

This is a highly cross-functional role combining commercial thinking, campaign management, and operational excellence within one of the world's largest e-commerce companies.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan and execute commercial campaigns: Develop annual and seasonal campaign plans based on business priorities, customer behaviour, and market trends. Design engaging campaign mechanics and deliver local activations that support commercial objectives.
  • Own on-site campaign operations: Manage the day-to-day execution of campaigns across the Joybuy UK website and app, including homepage merchandising, campaign pages, promotional placements, and content scheduling to deliver an engaging customer experience.
  • Drive platform performance: Monitor key business metrics including traffic, conversion, customer engagement, and GMV. Analyse campaign performance, identify optimisation opportunities, and continuously improve execution.
  • Leverage customer and market insights: Analyse shopping behaviours, local trends, and customer preferences to optimise campaign strategy, content, and promotional activities for the UK market.
  • Collaborate across teams and partners: Work closely with Merchandising, Product, Design, Marketing, and Commercial teams, as well as brands and merchants, to deliver impactful campaigns and continuously improve platform operations.
  • Localise customer experiences: Adapt campaign messaging, promotional content, and customer journeys to ensure they are relevant, engaging, and tailored to UK customers.

About You

  • You have at least 4 years experience managing commercial, on-site activations, or e-commerce operations within an online retailer, marketplace, or digital platform.
  • You have a strong understanding of the UK e-commerce landscape, consumer behaviour, and emerging market trends.
  • You are comfortable analysing performance data and using insights to optimise campaigns and improve commercial outcomes.
  • You have experience working cross-functionally with Product, Marketing, Merchandising, and other business teams.
  • You thrive in a fast-paced, data-driven environment and enjoy balancing strategy with hands-on execution.
  • You hold a Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) in Business, Marketing, Economics, or a related field.
  • You are fluent in English.
