We are looking for enthusiastic, hands-on individuals to join our Customer Service team on a temporary 6-8 week basis starting as soon as possible. Our ideal candidate must have an excellent customer service attitude with previous experience in customer facing roles. This role is based out of our Head Office in Central London.
Job Role:
- Handle all incoming queries across phone, email, and WhatsApp channels in a timely and empathetic manner.
- Monitoring customer orders and tracking shipments to ensure smooth delivery.
- Assist customers with their returns and refunds.
- Exceed customer expectations by providing friendly, helpful, and efficient service within our SLAs.
- Engage with customer feedback and work with internal teams for quality improvement.

Skills and Requirements:

- Experience using Shopify, Gorgias / Zendesk / Salesforce in a customer service role preferred.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Agile problem solving, ability to handle complaints, and defuse conflicts turning negative situations into positive outcomes.
- Ability to build positive working relationships, both internally and externally.
- Target driven, hardworking; thrives in a fast-paced environment.
- Highly organised, attention to detail, strong administrative, and record-keeping abilities.
- Second language advantageous but not essential.
