E-commerce & Digital Marketing Specialist

Are you an experienced e-commerce professional who has built and grown Shopify stores from the ground up rather than simply managed client accounts?

We're looking for a hands-on E-commerce & Digital Marketing Specialist to take ownership of our direct to consumer online stores. This isn't an agency role it's an opportunity to grow and optimise an in-house retail brand, making commercial decisions that directly impact sales and profitability.

If you thrive on trading performance, launching new initiatives and using data to drive growth, we'd love to hear from you.

The Role

You'll take ownership of our Shopify stores, balancing day-to-day trading with customer acquisition. Approximately 50% of your time will be focused on managing and optimising the online stores, with the remaining 50% dedicated to driving traffic through paid media and developing new acquisition channels.

Working within a small, collaborative team, you'll have genuine ownership of the e-commerce function and the freedom to make decisions that deliver measurable results.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own and optimise our Shopify stores, ensuring an excellent customer experience.
  • Manage the commercial performance of the online business, including revenue, conversion rate, average order value (AOV) and promotional activity.
  • Plan and execute merchandising strategies to maximise online sales.
  • Build, manage and optimise paid social campaigns across Meta and TikTok, including creative testing and performance analysis.
  • Manage Google Ads, Shopping campaigns, Merchant Center and product feeds.
  • Use GA4 and performance reporting to identify opportunities and make data-led decisions.
  • Support the launch and growth of new digital sales channels.
  • Collaborate with internal teams on creative, campaigns and website improvements.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
