We connect our audience with the products, services, destinations, and suppliers they need to plan their dream wedding while delivering measurable results for our commercial partners.


We are looking for a commercially driven E-Commerce Editor to lead Rock My Wedding's affiliate content and partnership strategy. This hybrid editorial and commercial role is responsible for driving affiliate revenue growth through high-performing commerce content, managing affiliate partnerships and CPA agreements, securing commercial opportunities, and delivering paid partnership campaigns. The successful candidate will own the full affiliate ecosystem, from content ideation and optimisation to partner management, commercial negotiations, and revenue reporting. They will also play a key role in identifying and developing paid partnership opportunities, creating commercial content packages, and using affiliate performance data and case studies to support sales conversations and revenue growth. This role is ideal for someone who combines strong editorial instincts with commercial awareness and enjoys building relationships, negotiating partnerships, and creating content that delivers measurable business results.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Own and execute Rock My Wedding's affiliate content strategy, creating and optimising high-performing commerce content across weddings, beauty, fashion, travel, and lifestyle categories
  • Manage affiliate partnerships and relationships, acting as the primary contact for affiliate networks, merchants, and brand partners
  • Negotiate and manage affiliate deals, commission rates, CPA agreements, exclusive offers, and promotional opportunities to maximise revenue
  • Monitor affiliate performance, tracking revenue, conversion rates, and partner performance, making recommendations to improve results
  • Manage affiliate schedules and seasonal content calendars, ensuring key retail moments, campaigns, and promotions are planned and executed effectively
  • Identify new affiliate partnership opportunities and onboard relevant merchants and programmes that align with Rock My Wedding's audience
  • Upsell successful affiliate content and commerce campaigns as case studies during commercial sales conversations, demonstrating audience engagement, conversion performance, and revenue impact
  • Collaborate with brands and agency partners to develop integrated affiliate and sponsored content opportunities
  • Support the creation and delivery of paid partnerships, sponsored content, and commercial campaigns, ensuring they align with editorial standards and audience needs
  • Build strong relationships with existing and prospective commercial partners, helping to drive new revenue opportunities across affiliate, sponsored, and branded content
  • Produce regular reporting on affiliate performance, partnership activity, and revenue growth, sharing insights with editorial and commercial stakeholders

Essential Skills & Experience:

  • Experience in affiliate marketing, e-commerce content, or digital publishing
  • Proven experience managing affiliate partnerships and commercial relationships
  • Strong understanding of affiliate networks, CPA models, and revenue optimisation
  • Experience creating and optimising high-performing affiliate content
  • Commercially minded with experience supporting sales conversations, developing partnership opportunities, and driving revenue growth
  • Strong negotiation and relationship management skills
  • Experience working with affiliate platforms such as Awin, Skimlinks, and Rakuten
  • Ability to analyse performance data and identify growth opportunities
  • Excellent written, editing, and communication skills
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and results-driven
