E-Commerce Executive
Job Title: New Product Set-Up & Vendor Relations Coordinator
About the Role

New product set-ups Maintain and enhance Asmodee’s product offerings across key retailers.

Retailer partnerships Build strong, collaborative relationships with retailers, including Amazon, ensuring seamless service delivery.

Internal team coordination Work closely with internal teams to drive efficiency and operational excellence.

Data-driven decision-making Use data, analytics and forecasting to optimise profitability while managing stock levels effectively.

Brand protection and fulfilment Conduct regular content audits on top brands to minimise counterfeits and improve fulfilment rates.
Profile Description
[Ideal Candidate]
- Strong communicator, capable of articulating clearly in both written and verbal forms.
- Deep understanding or keen interest in the mechanics of Amazon and its business drivers; ability to translate these into operational advantages for Asmodee.
- Driven and dynamic, thriving in a results-oriented environment.
- Exceptional attention to detail with strong problem-solving abilities.
- Advanced analytical and data skills, including proficient Excel expertise for analysis and manipulation.
- Excellent written skills, capable of constructing clear, impactful documents.
- Proactive, with the initiative to identify opportunities and act judiciously.
- Remaining composed under pressure, maintaining clarity in high-stress situations.
- Practical experience with Amazon Vendor Central, preferred.
