E-Commerce Executive

Job Title: New Product Set-Up & Vendor Relations Coordinator

About the Role

  • New product set-ups Maintain and enhance Asmodee’s product offerings across key retailers.

  • Retailer partnerships Build strong, collaborative relationships with retailers, including Amazon, ensuring seamless service delivery.

  • Internal team coordination Work closely with internal teams to drive efficiency and operational excellence.

  • Data-driven decision-making Use data, analytics and forecasting to optimise profitability while managing stock levels effectively.

  • Brand protection and fulfilment Conduct regular content audits on top brands to minimise counterfeits and improve fulfilment rates.


Profile Description

  • Strong communicator, capable of articulating clearly in both written and verbal forms.
  • Deep understanding or keen interest in the mechanics of Amazon and its business drivers; ability to translate these into operational advantages for Asmodee.
  • Driven and dynamic, thriving in a results-oriented environment.
  • Exceptional attention to detail with strong problem-solving abilities.
  • Advanced analytical and data skills, including proficient Excel expertise for analysis and manipulation.
  • Excellent written skills, capable of constructing clear, impactful documents.
  • Proactive, with the initiative to identify opportunities and act judiciously.
  • Remaining composed under pressure, maintaining clarity in high-stress situations.
  • Practical experience with Amazon Vendor Central, preferred.
