Location: Wednesfield, Wolverhampton Working Model: Full Time, Hybrid Salary: £24,000 - £28,000 (dependent upon experience)

About the Role

We’re looking for a motivated and dedicated individual to join us as Ecommerce Executive.

This role will involve supporting our online retail business, ensuring seamless operations across digital platforms.

No prior experience is required—just enthusiasm, a proactive mind-set, an interest in technology, and a desire to learn in a fast-paced environment.


Responsibilities

  • Upload and manage product listings across e-commerce platforms
  • Ensure accurate, engaging, and up-to-date product descriptions
  • Maintain product catalogues (pricing, images, and inventory updates)
  • Respond to customer inquiries (via email, chat, or phone)
  • Assist with orders, payments, returns, and shipping queries
  • Provide helpful product recommendations and support
  • Manage general e-commerce administrative tasks
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation
