Role Description
The E Commerce Executive role is a full-time, on-site position based in the London Area, United Kingdom. The role involves managing and optimizing online sales platforms, including product listings, pricing, promotions, and inventory coordination. Responsibilities include:

The E Commerce Executive will collaborate with marketing, operations, and customer service teams to ensure accurate content, timely fulfilment, and a consistent brand experience across all online channels. The role also includes identifying growth opportunities, supporting international expansion, and contributing to campaign planning and execution.
Qualifications
- Experience in e-commerce operations, including managing product listings, pricing, promotions, and inventory across online platforms.
- Skills in data analysis and reporting to interpret sales metrics, customer behavior, and campaign performance, using tools such as Excel, Google Analytics, or similar.
- Knowledge of digital marketing practices related to e-commerce, such as SEO for product pages, email campaigns, and marketplace optimization.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple tasks, deadlines, and cross-functional coordination in a fast-growing environment.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills for collaborating with internal teams and external partners such as distributors and retailers.
- Previous experience with e-commerce platforms (e.g., Shopify, WooCommerce, Amazon, or similar marketplaces) is highly beneficial.
- Understanding of the supplements, nutrition, or health and wellness sector is an advantage.
- Relevant education in business, marketing, e-commerce, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
