E-commerce Lead
This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for an E-commerce Lead based in United Kingdom.
This role is a high-impact growth leadership position responsible for building and scaling a next-generation e-commerce ecosystem at the intersection of health, science, and decentralized innovation. You will own customer acquisition strategy across multiple digital channels, driving performance through paid media, organic growth, and lifecycle marketing. The position requires a strong D2C mindset with the ability to rapidly test, iterate, and optimize campaigns based on data-driven insights. You will play a central role in shaping the end-to-end customer journey, from first touchpoint to repeat purchase, ensuring strong conversion and retention outcomes. Working in a fast-moving, mission-driven environment, you will collaborate closely with product, community, and research teams to bring science-backed products to global consumers. This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who thrives in ownership-heavy environments where experimentation and speed drive growth.
Accountabilities
- Own end-to-end customer acquisition strategy across paid, organic, and owned channels including paid social, paid search, SEO, email, content, and website optimization.
- Plan, execute, and continuously optimize performance marketing campaigns with a strong focus on CAC, ROAS, conversion rates, and scalable growth.
- Build and refine full-funnel customer journeys, improving acquisition, activation, retention, and lifetime value.
- Develop and manage lifecycle marketing programs including email and SMS campaigns to improve engagement and repeat purchase behavior.
- Analyze performance data daily to identify opportunities, test hypotheses, and rapidly scale winning strategies across channels.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to craft compelling product narratives and support go-to-market campaigns for new launches.
- Lead improvements across e-commerce infrastructure, including website performance, landing pages, and international scaling initiatives.

Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in D2C e-commerce, ideally within health, wellness, or supplement-based consumer brands.
- Proven success scaling paid acquisition channels such as Meta, Google, and TikTok with a strong focus on profitability and efficiency.
- Deep understanding of omnichannel growth marketing including paid media, SEO, email marketing, and conversion rate optimization.
- Strong analytical ability with fluency in key metrics such as CAC, LTV, ROAS, funnel conversion rates, and attribution modeling.
- Hands-on experience building or scaling e-commerce businesses from early stage to growth stage environments.
- Highly data-driven mindset with a strong culture of experimentation, testing, and iterative optimization.
- Ability to work independently in fast-paced, remote-first environments with strong ownership and execution discipline.
