Role Overview

We’re looking for a commercially driven and hands-on E-Commerce Manager to own and grow our digital sales channels across Amazon, Shopify (DTC & B2B), and eBay. This is a pivotal role in shaping online strategy, improving performance, and driving revenue growth across multiple marketplaces and platforms.

You’ll be responsible for end-to-end e-commerce execution, from product onboarding and optimisation through to pricing strategy, marketing performance, and conversion rate improvements.

Key Responsibilities

Amazon (Vendor & Marketplace Management)

  • Own and develop the Amazon Vendor Central strategy to maximise visibility, conversion, and sales performance.
  • Manage Amazon Vendor Central and Seller Central accounts.
  • Identify and onboard new products for the Amazon platform.
  • Create and optimise product listings, SEO copy, and A+ Content.
  • Manage pricing strategy, forecasting, and stock planning.
  • Oversee AMS campaigns, attribution, and promotional activity.
  • Develop and maintain Amazon Brand Store and Brand Registry presence.
  • Monitor shipping, logistics, and order fulfilment processes.
  • Ensure compliance with Amazon requirements, safety standards, and policies.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
