Role Overview
We’re looking for a commercially driven and hands-on E-Commerce Manager to own and grow our digital sales channels across Amazon, Shopify (DTC & B2B), and eBay. This is a pivotal role in shaping online strategy, improving performance, and driving revenue growth across multiple marketplaces and platforms.
You’ll be responsible for end-to-end e-commerce execution, from product onboarding and optimisation through to pricing strategy, marketing performance, and conversion rate improvements.
Key Responsibilities
Amazon (Vendor & Marketplace Management)
- Own and develop the Amazon Vendor Central strategy to maximise visibility, conversion, and sales performance.
- Manage Amazon Vendor Central and Seller Central accounts.
- Identify and onboard new products for the Amazon platform.
- Create and optimise product listings, SEO copy, and A+ Content.
- Manage pricing strategy, forecasting, and stock planning.
- Oversee AMS campaigns, attribution, and promotional activity.
- Develop and maintain Amazon Brand Store and Brand Registry presence.
- Monitor shipping, logistics, and order fulfilment processes.
- Ensure compliance with Amazon requirements, safety standards, and policies.

Shopify (DTC & B2B Growth)
- Own the direct-to-consumer and wholesale (B2B) e-commerce strategy, focusing on growth, user experience, and conversion optimisation.
- Upload and optimise new products for DTC and B2B channels.
- Write SEO-rich product copy and content for improved discoverability.
- Continuously improve website UX and conversion rate (CRO).
- Analyse performance metrics and identify opportunities to increase sales.
- Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns, including Google Shopping.
- Manage seasonal promotions and trading activity.
- Operate and optimise B2B platform functionality (SparkLayer or similar).
- Oversee stock feed integrations via Microsoft Dynamics 365 (D365).
eBay
- Support marketplace growth and product performance on eBay.
- Upload and manage product listings.
- Run promotional activity and optimise product visibility.
- Maintain accurate stock feeds via D365 integration.

Key Skills & Experience
- Strong experience with Amazon Vendor Central.
- Proven track record in eCommerce and DTC growth (Shopify essential).
- Solid understanding of pricing strategy, forecasting, and sales operations.
- Experience with performance marketing (Google Shopping preferred).
- Knowledge of SEO and product optimisation for eCommerce.
- Strong understanding of CRO and website performance analysis.
- Comfortable working with multi-channel retail platform.
Nice to Have
- Experience in toys, gifting, or publishing/books sectors.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Dynamics 365 (D365).
- Experience with social commerce platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Etsy).
Pay
£30,000.00-£45,000.00 per year
