We showcase more than 130 fragrance brands across over 220 stores throughout the UK and online at www.thefragranceshop.co.uk.

As we continue to expand our digital presence, develop new online platforms and explore international E-commerce opportunities, we are looking for an E-commerce Manager to join our growing and vibrant brand.

Why You’ll Love Working Here

  • Enjoy greater work-life balance through our flexible working scheme, including 15 work-from-home days each year, duvet days and flexible working hours.
  • Work from our vibrant, state-of-the-art Trafford Park office, with excellent transport links and free onsite parking.
  • Make use of our free onsite gym before work, after work or during your lunch break.
  • Receive generous staff discounts across a wide range of fragrances.
  • Develop your expertise within a passionate, creative and collaborative team, with excellent progression opportunities.

The Role

This is a key role within our digital team, responsible for the trading and operational performance of our websites and app.

You will use data to understand performance, identify opportunities and turn insights into clear commercial actions. Alongside managing established channels, you will support the continued development of our Shopify websites, international E-commerce activity and emerging marketplaces.

You will lead and develop our E-commerce Executives, ensuring workloads are effectively prioritised and the team has the support, processes and direction needed to deliver successfully. Working across Technology, Product, Buying, Merchandising, Marketing, Operations and external brand partners, you will ensure campaigns, product launches and digital improvements are delivered accurately and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

E-commerce Trading and Performance

  • Manage the day-to-day trading performance of multiple websites and the app.
  • Own the E-commerce trading calendar, coordinating campaigns, promotions and product launches.
  • Monitor key measures including revenue, conversion rate, average order value, margin, traffic and engagement.
  • Analyse performance across channels, categories, brands and products, translating findings into clear recommendations.
  • Create regular reports that highlight results, risks, opportunities and required actions.
  • Investigate underperformance, identify potential causes and recommend practical solutions.
  • Support international E-commerce growth and the development of marketplace channels, including TikTok Shop.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
