Job Summary

We are seeking an organised and detail-focused E-Commerce Executive to ensure all client tasks are delivered on time and to a high standard across Web (Shopify) and Email (Klaviyo). You will support the wider team on weekly, monthly and quarterly reporting, and help make sure our clients' websites, email BAU and automated flows meet best practice at all times.

Key Responsibilities

As E-commerce Executive, you will ensure client tasks are delivered on time across Web and Email, support the team on client reporting, and help keep our clients' websites and email programmes running to best practice.

Web & Email Delivery

  • Ensure all client tasks are delivered on time and to brief across Web (Shopify) and Email (Klaviyo).
  • Keep on top of client task lists, flagging any risks to delivery early.

Reporting Support

  • Support the wider team on weekly, monthly and quarterly client reporting.
  • Help gather, check and prepare reporting data ahead of client reviews.

Website & Email Best Practice

  • Ensure clients' websites, email BAU and automated flows are built and maintained to best practice.
  • Monitor performance against best-practice KPIs across web and email, flagging any gaps.

Platform Knowledge & Quality

  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Shopify and Klaviyo platform updates and best practice guidance.
  • Support quality checks across client sites and email campaigns before they go live.

Requirements

  • 1-2 years of experience in e-commerce, digital marketing or an aligned discipline, with exposure to Shopify and/or Klaviyo an advantage.
  • Comfortable working to reporting deadlines and helping compile performance data.
  • A keen eye for detail, able to spot when a website or email isn't meeting best practice.
  • Organised, with the ability to manage multiple client tasks at once.
  • A proactive team player, comfortable supporting senior colleagues on delivery and reporting.
  • Genuine interest in e-commerce, with a willingness to learn new platforms and tools.

Salary

£24,000–£30,000, dependent on experience.
