E-Commerce Marketing Manager - Tangle Teezer
About Tangle Teezer
Tangle Teezer is a global brand with a simple mission: to give everyone healthier-looking hair with less breakage since 2007. Their gentle brushes cater to all hair types—from straight to coily—and support every routine, from detangling to styling. These products are a daily boost of confidence, helping users tackle whatever tangles life throws their way.
Nestled within BIC World, a diverse community of iconic brands for over 75 years, Tangle Teezer is dedicated to reimagining everyday essentials with sustainability and responsibility at its core. Their culture thrives on a hands-on mindset, fostering self-starters and innovators who drive meaningful change both locally and globally.
The Role
Tangle Teezer is seeking a sharp, commercially-minded E-commerce Marketing Manager to drive their digital marketplace and cross-border growth strategy. This position will be the strategic lead for expanding their presence across the UK, Europe, and emerging international markets.
Though core focus will revolve around Amazon ecosystem management (~75%), the role demands a rare balance of performance advertising expertise and holistic brand marketing. You’ll act as the bridge between the business and external agency partners, ensuring alignment between their macro goals and day-to-day execution.
Key Responsibilities
-
Strategy and Leadership
- Act as the central strategic contact for external specialist agency partners, holding them accountable to strict efficiency targets across borders.
- Direct cross-border expansion, focusing on strategic lead generation through auditing agency performance, optimizing campaign structures, and adjusting budget allocation globally.
-
Amazon Ecosystem Management
- Conduct weekly and monthly performance reviews for agency campaigns across active European territories (UK, DE, FR, IT, ES) and future international expansions.
- Audit campaigns in Amazon Ads, Paid Social Ad Managers, and other platforms to ensure alignment with commercial goals, budget efficiency, and regional suitability.
-
Budget and Allocation
- Analyze multi-market ad performance and dynamically allocate budgets towards high-converting campaigns after auditing lower-performing regions.
- Work closely with the Senior Digital Marketing Manager to ensure resources are allocated where they’re most impactful.
-
Advertising and Funnel Optimization
- Lead strategy for paid social and programmatic funnels (such as META, TikTok Ads, Amazon DSP) to maximize top-of-funnel engagement and bottom-of-funnel conversions.
- Structure external traffic funnels to direct consumers to marketplace listings efficiently.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
