E-commerce Operations Coordinator

We are supporting a fast-growing performance sportswear brand in the search for an E-commerce Operations Coordinator.

Reporting to the Operations Director, you’ll play a key role in supporting day-to-day e-commerce operations, ensuring customers receive an outstanding experience while helping to drive growth across Shopify, Amazon, and international distribution channels.

Offering genuine variety and autonomy, this is an excellent opportunity to take ownership of a pivotal operational role and make a visible impact on the business.

£30,000 - £35,000 per annum, dependent on experience, Hybrid working (Wetherby, 3 office days per week), 20 days holiday + bank holidays. Full-time | Permanent (37.5 hours per week), 3% pension contribution, and progression & development opportunities within a small but rapidly growing e-commerce business.


Key Responsibilities

  • Process customer orders to support a seamless order-to-delivery experience
  • Coordinate shipping, fulfilment, returns, exchanges, and refunds
  • Deliver excellent customer service across email and e-commerce channels
  • Manage customer enquiries related to products, orders, deliveries, and returns
  • Support Amazon and marketplace operations while assisting international growth initiatives
  • Maintain accurate records to support day-to-day operational administration
  • Identify opportunities to improve processes, systems, and customer experience
  • Collaborate with colleagues across operations, customer service, warehousing, and fulfilment

Skills & Experience

Requirements:

  • Experience in e-commerce, operations, customer service, administration, or order fulfilment
  • Highly organised and capable of managing multiple priorities
  • Strong professional communicator with a passion for delivering excellent customer service
  • Excellent attention to detail and a proactive approach
  • Comfortable using e-commerce platforms, CRM/ERP systems, and Microsoft Office
  • Thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys taking ownership
  • Works collaboratively in a growing team
  • Must hold a permanent Right to Work in the UK (no visa sponsorship available)

Desirable:

  • Experience with Shopify or Amazon Seller Central
  • Knowledge of fulfilment, shipping, returns, or inventory processes
