Cardboard Boxes is looking for an enthusiastic and reliable Despatch Operative to join our busy warehouse and despatch team! If you enjoy working in a fast paced environment and take pride in ensuring orders are packed accurately and delivered on time, we'd love to hear from you.
π οΈ About the Role
As a Despatch Operative (Order Picker & Packer), you will play an important role in ensuring our customers receive their orders quickly and accurately. You will be working alongside our experienced team, picking and packing orders while following our warehouse procedures and quality standards.

We manufacture and supply high quality cardboard products across the UK. Orders are received through our eCommerce platforms and are dispatched daily via trusted nationwide courier services.
π Your Responsibilities
- Pick customer orders accurately using picking lists
- Pack products securely to our high standards
- Follow warehouse procedures and despatch paperwork
- Prepare parcels for collection by nationwide carriers
- Work closely with colleagues to maintain an efficient workflow
- Help keep the warehouse clean, organised and safe

- Full Time Position
- 40 hours per week
- Weekend working may be required as part of your 40 hour working week
π What We're Looking For
- Previous warehouse and despatch experience preferred
- Excellent attention to detail
- Positive, reliable and hardworking attitude
- Flexible approach to work and willingness to help the team
- Good organisational skills and ability to work in a busy environment
- Ability to follow processes and meet daily despatch deadlines
