Description
ELEMIS have created a brand new role in our Paid Media team to support our growth! Reporting to the E-Commerce Paid Media Lead, we are seeking a commercially savvy and data-driven E-Commerce Paid Media Executive to help support and execute our global Paid Marketing strategy across Amazon Ads and online retailers through platforms such as Criteo and Citrus. You will play a key role in driving revenue growth and brand visibility for Elemis across EMEA via our online partners through high-performing, insight-led campaigns.
You will be primarily responsible for the execution and optimisation of Amazon Advertising alongside Criteo and Citrus and collaborating with the wider Paid Media team to ensure a seamless and effective delivery of campaigns.

What You Will Do
- Execute and optimise Amazon Ads, Criteo and Citrus in line with the global paid marketing strategy and channel specific performance targets and budget.
- Support the delivery of the global paid marketing strategy through high-quality campaign set-up, optimisation, and ongoing performance management.
- Support the E-Commerce Paid Media Lead with the execution and optimisation of campaigns across Amazon Sponsored Product, Sponsored Brand/Video, Sponsored Display & DSP.
- Support the briefing in of Creative assets that align with our campaign strategy and commercial & campaign moments.
- Monitor performance on a daily and weekly basis, identifying optimisation opportunities and feeding insights back to the E-Commerce Paid Media Lead.
- Analyse performance and support reporting on results and ROI across multiple markets.
- Leverage data and insights to improve campaign efficiency, budget allocation, and overall performance.
- Support testing across audiences, creatives, targeting, and campaign structures, implementing learnings to improve results.
- Work closely with the eCommerce, analytics, finance, and creative teams to ensure campaigns are delivered accurately and on time.
- Support forecasting, budget tracking, and campaign pacing to ensure activity remains aligned to targets.

What We Are Looking For
- Experience in Retail Media with hands-on, in-platform Amazon Ads experience.
- Proven experience setting up, managing, and optimising Amazon Ads campaigns with a strong understanding of performance drivers and KPIs.
- Experience working with Amazon Ads in other European markets, or other UK Health & Beauty Retailers is preferred, but not essential.
- Experience with Criteo & Citrus is a nice to have, but not essential.
- Analytical mindset with strong proficiency in Excel / Google Sheets, and familiarity with tools such as BI platforms, or similar.
- Comfortable working with data and translating insights into clear actions.
- Strong project management and organisational skills.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Experience working with six-figure marketing budgets is desirable.
