E-Commerce & Performance Marketing Manager

Location: Bournemouth, Dorset

Contract: 12-month FTC (Maternity Cover)

Job Overview:

Drives revenue growth for complex, full-service product offerings on Amazon by aligning marketing strategies with broader business objectives. Leverages Amazon-specific tools and data insights (e.g., Vendor/Seller Central, advertising platforms, AMC and analytics) to effectively engage diverse customer segments and optimise campaign performance. Consistently delivers against sales and ROI targets by collaborating with cross-functional teams and leading coordinated marketing initiatives. Identifies and scales high-potential opportunities through keyword optimisation, content enhancement, and promotional strategies, contributing to increased visibility, conversion, and new business growth on the platform.

Essential Functions:

  • Develop and execute a dynamic Amazon-first digital strategy across Seller/Vendor Central, performance marketing (Amazon Ads) and to drive sales growth, visibility and conversion rate improvements.
  • Own and optimise all Amazon marketing channels (Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, Sponsored Display & DSP), ensuring ROAS, TACoS and CAC targets are consistently achieved through structured testing and optimisation.
  • Oversee Amazon listing optimisation, including keyword strategy, SEO, A+ Content, Brand Stores and conversion rate improvements.
  • Drive ongoing development of the Amazon tech stack and data ecosystem, including reporting tools, AI-driven insights, keyword harvesting, and full funnel attribution across Amazon Ads and external traffic.
  • Lead, mentor and develop the Performance Marketing team, ensuring best-in-class execution across Amazon advertising and marketplace management.
  • Ensure the team delivers high-quality Amazon content, including optimised PDPs, enhanced brand content and creative aligned with marketplace best practice.
  • Create and execute full-funnel Amazon advertising strategies across AMS (Sponsored Ads), Amazon DSP, and Prime Video, driving awareness, consideration, and conversion through integrated, data-led campaign planning and optimisation.
  • Own and deliver Amazon sales and performance reporting translating data into actionable insights for clients.
  • Advise clients on navigating Amazon’s ecosystem, including catalogue setup, compliance, retail readiness, inventory planning and scaling strategies for a full-funnel Amazon growth approach.
  • Be responsible for any other reasonable tasks in relation to the overall role as required.
