Location: Remote (Work from Anywhere) Job Type: Contract Payout: $40–$50/hour
About the Role
We are hiring for one of our clients, seeking an E-commerce Data & Catalog Specialist to work on a contract basis. The role involves managing and optimizing product data to ensure accuracy and consistency across e-commerce platforms. You will be responsible for maintaining high-quality catalogs that drive sales and improve the customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyze and cleanse product data to ensure accuracy and completeness in catalogs.
- Organize and structure product information for optimal searchability and presentation.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve discrepancies and improve data quality.
- Implement and maintain data governance policies to ensure compliance with standards.
- Monitor and report on catalog performance metrics, identifying trends and areas for improvement.

Required Skills & Qualifications
- Experience with e-commerce platforms and catalog management systems.
- Proficiency in data analysis and cleansing techniques.
- Familiarity with product data standards such as GTIN, UPC, or ISBN.
- Ability to interpret and apply data governance policies.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Experience working with large datasets and identifying inconsistencies.
