Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for an E-invoicing Sales Specialist based within a commutable distance to Reading, with some flexibility to work from home. The E-invoicing Sales Specialist will be responsible for identifying and qualifying prospects, managing the sales cycle for Way2Invoice E-Invoicing and related solutions, and presenting product demonstrations to prospective clients.

Daily activities include:

  • Engaging with finance, AP, and tax stakeholders
  • Understanding their e-invoicing and compliance needs
  • Preparing proposals
  • Negotiating contracts

The role also involves maintaining strong customer relationships, collaborating with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding, and providing ongoing support and training to clients on the platform.

The specialist will track sales performance, report on pipeline and revenue forecasts, and contribute feedback to improve product offerings and sales strategies.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 5+ years of sales experience, with a minimum 2 years being within the Tax/E-invoicing market.
  • Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to engage effectively with prospects and clients.
  • Proven Sales and Sales Management skills to drive new business, manage pipelines, and close deals.
  • Experience selling SaaS or B2B technology solutions, ideally in finance, tax, or compliance domains.
  • Ability to understand complex e-invoicing and VAT/GST processes and translate them into clear value propositions.
  • Strong organizational and analytical skills, with experience using CRM tools and sales reporting systems.
  • Comfort working in a hybrid environment, collaborating with distributed teams across multiple countries.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
