Overview Of The Role
We are seeking a motivated and professional E-Learning and Digital Content Developer to join our Product Development team on an FTC for 12 Months.
Reporting to the Head of Products, you will play a key role in delivering high-quality services aligned with NOCN's strategic objectives.
Key Responsibilities
Roles and Responsibilities
- Design and develop engaging, accessible eLearning resources.
- Create storyboards, scripts, and interactive learning content.
- Work with subject matter experts to produce high-quality digital learning solutions.
- Manage the content development process from planning through to testing and review.
- Ensure content meets accessibility, quality, and copyright standards.
- Evaluate and improve learning resources using feedback and data.
- Research and adopt new technologies to enhance the learner experience.

About You
We're looking for a creative and organised eLearning professional with experience designing engaging digital learning content. You'll be confident using authoring tools such as Articulate Storyline, Rise, or Adobe Captivate and have a good understanding of instructional design, accessibility, and user experience. You'll enjoy collaborating with subject matter experts, managing multiple projects, and delivering high-quality learning solutions. Experience with SCORM, HTML5, Adobe Creative Cloud, and multimedia content creation is desirable.
