Instructional Designer Intern (Remote)

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Instructional Designer Intern who is passionate about learning design, e-learning, and the use of AI in education.
Position: Instructional Designer Intern
Location: Remote
Type: Internship
Duration: 3–6 Months
Working Hours: Flexible (15–20 hours per week)
Certificate & Letter of Recommendation: Provided upon successful completion.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and structure e-learning courses and learning pathways.
- Create clear learning objectives and measurable learning outcomes.
- Develop course outlines, storyboards, and module frameworks.
- Convert raw content into learner-friendly lessons and activities.
- Design quizzes, assessments, reflection exercises, and knowledge checks.
- Collaborate with AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, and other content-generation platforms.
- Assist in creating scripts for AI avatar-based learning videos.
- Review and improve content for clarity, engagement, and instructional effectiveness.
- Conduct research to ensure content accuracy and relevance.
- Support course creation and organization on LMS platforms such as Thinkific, Learnyst, and Moodle.
- Apply adult learning principles and instructional design best practices.

Requirements
- Excellent written English and communication skills.
- Strong research and analytical abilities.
- Attention to detail and ability to organize information logically.
- Interest in e-learning, training, education, or learning technologies.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office or Google Workspace.
Preferred Qualifications
- Background in Education, Instructional Design, Psychology, HR, Training & Development, Communications, Business, or related fields.
- Understanding of adult learning principles.
- Experience using AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, or Perplexity.
- Exposure to LMS platforms (Thinkific, Moodle, Learnyst, TalentLMS, etc.).
- Basic understanding of course authoring tools or e-learning development.
