The Opportunity...
This is an exciting opportunity to join Puig's UK E-Tailing team as an E-tail Account Development Manager, responsible for driving the growth across a portfolio of Virtual Pure Play (VPP) retailers.
As the commercial owner of VPP accounts, you will:
- Develop strategic retailer partnerships
- Create ambitious Joint Business Plans (JBPs)
- Deliver sustainable market share, sales, and profitability growth

Beyond commercial ownership, you will:
- Lead the digital activation strategy for your customers
- Ensure best-in-class online execution across launches, campaigns, promotions, and digital merchandising to maximize visibility, conversion, and sell-out
Working cross-functionally with Brand, Marketing, Media, Supply Planning, and Finance teams, you will combine commercial expertise with digital excellence to deliver outstanding retailer partnerships and premium online shopper experiences.
What you'll get to do...
- Drive sales, profitability, and market share growth across a portfolio of retail partners.
- Develop and execute Joint Business Plans aligned to retailer and brand objectives.
- Build strong retailer relationships, lead commercial negotiations, and identify growth opportunities.
- Manage forecasting, assortment, pricing, stock availability, and retail operations.
- Create and deliver tailored ecommerce activation plans to maximize online visibility, conversion, and sales.
- Lead product launches and campaigns, ensuring best-in-class digital shelf execution and customer experience.
- Monitor performance, analyze insights, and provide recommendations to accelerate growth.
- Conduct regular business reviews and identify new opportunities through market and competitor analysis.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver integrated commercial and activation plans.
- Share ecommerce best practice and support the continued growth of the E-Tailing channel.

Profile Description
We'd love to meet you if you have:
- Minimum of 4 years’ working experience in ecommerce or digital, managing online retailers, VPPs, or marketplaces.
- Demonstrated success delivering JBPs and achieving sales and profitability targets.
- Experience planning and delivering ecommerce activations, including product launches, campaigns, and onsite execution.
- Strong understanding of ecommerce metrics, digital shelf optimisation, and online trading.
- Experience working collaboratively with Marketing, Media, Demand / Supply Planning, and Finance teams.
