Knowledge/Experience
Clear understanding of the FX market, trading concepts, including the front to back understanding of trading lifecycle - Execution, Allocation, Clearing & Settlement process
- Working experience in onboarding & administering electronic trading (e-Trading) users
- Experience in e-Trading Client Services or associated Operations group in a high availability/mission critical environment
- Experience with FX Middle and/or Back Office is an added advantage

Demonstrated ability to:
- Learn new business concepts quickly
- Efficiently problem solve in time critical scenarios
- Coordinate various teams to perform the necessary setups
- Support the post implementation of such integrations
Skills
- Strong communication skills
- Effective written and presentation skills
- Pro-activity and sense of ownership when solving client's problems
- Ability to promote positive work relationship
- Ability to think clearly, analyze and resolve problems with good judgment
- Display a flexible attitude to work and be a great team player
- Understand criticality and concepts of Information Security
- Effective under pressure, with little supervision
- Knowledge of foreign languages will be an added advantage but not essential

Qualifications
- Bachelor's/University degree (preferably in Economics, Administration, or Engineering)
