Executive Assistant to Executive Committee

London, West End | Up to £55,000 + Bonus | Permanent | Office-Based

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Executive Assistant to join a highly regarded financial services firm in the heart of London's West End.

Supporting a longstanding Executive Committee of senior leaders, you'll play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth running of both executive support and day-to-day office operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Extensive diary and calendar management for the Executive Committee and wider team
  • Coordinating complex international travel and accommodation
  • Liaising with clients, stakeholders and senior executives
  • Providing high-level administrative support
  • Managing expenses and assisting with budgets
  • Organising internal meetings, events and external functions
  • Welcoming visitors and ensuring a professional front-of-house experience
  • Overseeing the smooth day-to-day running of the office, including ordering supplies and maintaining office facilities

About You:

  • Previous Executive Assistant experience supporting C-suite, Partner or Director level executives
  • Exceptional organisational and diary management skills
  • Experience coordinating across multiple international time zones
  • A proactive, adaptable approach with excellent attention to detail
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment
  • Confident using Microsoft Office and managing multiple priorities

The Package:

  • Salary up to £50,000
  • Performance-related bonus
  • Permanent, full-time position
  • Monday-Friday, 9:00am-5:00pm
  • Fully office-based in London's West End
