Salary: £58,000 + Generous Bonus & Benefits | Hybrid: 3 Days Office / 2 Days WFH

The Role
The Executive Assistant is key to the success of the firm and essential to a consultant’s ability to service clients. You will work in a demanding, deadline-driven professional services environment, supporting two ambitious, high-performing Consultants in a busy 1:2 capacity.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as a key point of contact for senior, high-profile clients and candidates, with first-class communication and interpersonal skills including tact, diplomacy, and confidentiality
- Manage a constantly shifting set of priorities in a fast-moving environment, multi-tasking with ease
- Process high volumes of work under pressure, within structured systems and to tight deadlines
- Prepare candidate reports, references, proposal letters and briefing documents for client presentation with speed and accuracy
- Use initiative to act without direction, including liaising with clients and candidates on the Consultants' behalf
- Anticipate the Consultants' business and assignment needs, taking a proactive approach to ensure they operate at full potential
- Coordinate international diaries and travel, alongside client/candidate interviews, calls, and video conferences
- Use research tools to extract relevant information for company presentations
- Take full accountability and responsibility for assignment administration
- Support colleagues with a "can do" attitude, providing cover for other Executive Assistants when needed

About You
- Strong attention to detail and exceptionally well organised
- Proactive, unflappable, and confident acting without direct instruction
- A natural relationship builder with a collaborative, team-player approach
- Autonomous, with a genuine sense of ownership
- A project management mindset, with curiosity and a desire to ask the right questions
- Background in executive search or management consulting preferred
- Stable, loyal career history demonstrating commitment
- Computer literate, with a recent track record across Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, databases, and internet research

The Package
Salary of £58,000 plus a generous bonus and benefits package, with a hybrid working pattern of three days in the office and two days from home.
