Executive Assistant to C-Suite

Location: London (Hybrid)

Salary: £65,000 – £70,000 + Benefits

A leading global engineering consultancy delivering innovative, sustainable solutions across infrastructure, energy, and environmental sectors. Operating across multiple international markets, the business partners with governments and private sector clients to deliver complex, high-impact projects.

The Role

We are seeking a highly accomplished and commercially astute Executive Assistant to provide strategic and operational support to senior C-suite executives. This is a high-profile position requiring exceptional organisational capability, discretion, and the ability to operate in a fast-paced, global environment.

The successful candidate will act as a trusted partner, optimising executive efficiency, managing complex priorities, and supporting key business initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

Executive & Strategic Support

  • Provide comprehensive EA support to C-suite executives including President
  • Act as a gatekeeper and strategic partner, managing priorities and ensuring alignment with business objectives
  • Prepare high-quality board packs, presentations, and briefing materials
  • Liaise with senior stakeholders, both internally and externally, including global leadership teams and clients
  • Support strategic projects and initiatives, tracking progress and ensuring timely delivery

Stakeholder & Communication Management

  • Draft and manage executive communications, correspondence, and reports
  • Build strong working relationships across global teams
  • Represent the executive’s office professionally in all interactions

Operations & Governance

  • Organise and coordinate board meetings, executive committees, and leadership events
  • Take ownership of agendas, minutes, and follow-up actions
  • Maintain strict confidentiality on all sensitive business matters

Project & Business Support

  • Support business operations, including budgeting, reporting, and supplier management
  • Assist with internal transformation or change initiatives as required
  • Drive process improvements to enhance efficiency within the executive office

Skills & Experience

  • Proven experience supporting C-suite executives within a global, matrixed organisation (ideally engineering, consulting, or professional services)
  • Exceptional organisational and time management skills
  • Strong commercial awareness and ability to understand business priorities
  • Advanced MS Office skills (PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Outlook)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Experience managing international travel and complex diary coordination
  • High level of discretion, integrity, and professionalism
  • Ability to work autonomously and under pressure in a fast-paced environment
