Executive Assistant to Senior Leadership
Purpose-Led Organisation | Central London | Hybrid
Hours:
- Full-time, 35 hours per week
- Working pattern: Hybrid (2 days in but with flex), with regular time in the London office
C&C Search is delighted to be partnering with a highly respected, purpose-led organisation to appoint an exceptional Executive Assistant to Senior Leadership.
This is a brilliant opportunity for a thoughtful, organised and values-driven EA to join a collaborative organisation with a strong social impact focus. The role will suit someone who enjoys working in a warm, mission-led environment where discretion, emotional intelligence, flexibility and attention to detail really matter.
You will provide high-quality executive and administrative support to two senior leaders, ensuring their time, priorities, meetings and key relationships are managed smoothly and professionally. This is a varied role requiring strong diary management, meeting coordination, document preparation, inbox support, travel, expenses, correspondence and follow-up.
A key part of the position will involve supporting senior-level meetings and formal internal processes, including preparing papers, coordinating agendas, taking minutes, maintaining action logs and ensuring information is shared accurately and confidentially.

You will act as a trusted point of contact across a small, connected team, helping to create clarity, consistency and calm in a busy environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Providing proactive executive support to senior leaders
- Managing complex diaries, inboxes, correspondence, travel and expenses
- Preparing agendas, papers, briefings, minutes and action logs
- Supporting senior-level meetings and internal decision-making processes
- Coordinating documents and ensuring information is accurate and well organised
- Liaising with internal and external stakeholders with professionalism and discretion
- Supporting occasional internal events, away days and team meetings
- Working collaboratively with colleagues across a small, values-led organisation
We are looking for someone with:
- Strong EA, PA or senior administrative experience
- Experience supporting senior leaders in a busy professional environment
- Excellent organisation, prioritisation and follow-through
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- High attention to detail and a methodical approach
- Discretion, sound judgement and confidentiality
- Confidence using Microsoft Office and learning new systems
- A proactive, calm and solutions-focused working style
- Genuine interest in working for a purpose-led organisation
