Executive Assistant to CEO & Founder
Location: City of London
Salary: £110,000 (flexible for an exceptional candidate)
Working Pattern: Office-based, Monday to Friday
About the Opportunity
A rare opportunity has arisen to join one of a rapidly growing scale-up technology business as a Senior Executive Assistant, supporting a dynamic Founder & CEO. This is a high-profile, fast-paced role within an ambitious organisation that has experienced exceptional growth through both organic expansion and acquisitions.
This is a core Executive Assistant position where flawless execution is key. You'll be the trusted right hand to the CEO, anticipating needs, protecting their time, and ensuring every detail is delivered to the highest standard.
The Role
- Provide seamless Executive Assistant support to the Founder & CEO
- Manage an exceptionally busy and ever-changing diary
- Coordinate complex international travel, itineraries and logistics
- Prepare meeting packs and ensure meetings are fully coordinated
- Act as a key liaison with senior internal stakeholders, clients and external partners
- Organise executive meetings, client events and workshops
- Handle confidential information with absolute discretion
- Support wider Executive Team activities when required
- Lead and mentor two Executive Assistants, ensuring consistency and excellence across the function
- Ad-hoc private PA support when required

About You
- Significant experience supporting a CEO, Founder or C-suite executive
- Background as a dedicated Executive Assistant rather than Operations, Project Management or Chief of Staff
- Experience within a fast-paced, high-growth environment, ideally in a tech or scale up.
- Calm under pressure with exceptional organisational skills
- Highly polished communicator with excellent written and verbal communication
- Outstanding attention to detail and able to deliver work accurately the first time
- Proactive, resourceful and naturally anticipates the needs of senior stakeholders
- Comfortable working in an office-based, founder-led environment with exceptionally high standards
