Location: Marble Arch - 2 days WFH
A leading Life Science consultancy firm is seeking an efficient and proactive EA to come and support their inspiring Founder and CEO. An extremely varied role, this is a firm that truly values their employees and organise monthly events, yearly trips abroad and offer incredible 6-month bonus structures.
The role itself:
- Maintaining his personal diary and calendar
- Arranging and preparing meetings
- Managing his marketing and sales channels
- Organising company and social events

We are looking for a highly reliable PA, who’s diligent and who has a strong attention to detail and great communication skills. The ideal candidate will have a degree from the University of Oxford or the University of Cambridge with around 6 months to 1 year’s admin or Team Assistant experience.
