EA to MD and Team, Investment Banking (City) - FTC 22915

£55,000 + bonus + benefits

Do you have MD/Director-level EA/PA experience, gained from Banking or Financial Services firm?

Looking for a deal-driven environment, where everyone pulls together?

As a genuine team player, you’ll be a pivotal link in the successful chain in this fast-paced, high logistics role supporting MDs and team – initially a 6 month FTC role with great prospects!

What you’ll be doing day-to-day:

  • Extensive diary management, frequently handling schedule conflicts
  • Global travel arrangements, planning detailed itineraries
  • Regular client liaison, coordinating client lunches and events
  • Coordinating closing dinners and offsites
  • Processing expenses
  • Working in a close-knit collaborative team of EAs
  • Can work from home 1 day
