EA / Office Manager (12-month maternity cover)
C&C Search is currently recruiting an EA / Office Manager for a 12-month maternity cover, supporting a highly regarded Founder and senior leadership team within a boutique investment firm. This is a varied and people-focused role within a genuinely collaborative, down-to-earth, and welcoming environment, ideal for someone who enjoys building relationships and being at the heart of a busy and positive office.
£45,000–£50,000 + bonus (dependent on experience), hybrid working (3 days in the office, 2 from home).

Position: EA / Office Manager (12-month maternity cover)
Salary: £45,000 – £50,000 + depending on experience + bonus
Hybrid set-up: 3 days in office (Tuesday–Thursday), Monday and Friday working from home
Benefits: 25 days holiday, pension, discretionary bonus (historically paid annually)

Key responsibilities for this EA / Office Manager position:
- Providing EA support to four senior partners, including complex diary management and meeting coordination
- Arranging travel, preparing presentations, and supporting with documentation
- Acting as a central point of contact within the office, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations
- Managing company credit card reconciliations, expenses, invoices, and supplier coordination
- Overseeing office management duties including ordering supplies, maintaining shared spaces, and liaising with providers
- Supporting team events, off-sites, and occasional international roadshows
What background and experience are the company looking for?
- Proven experience in an EA, Team Assistant, or Office Manager role supporting senior stakeholders
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage varied responsibilities simultaneously
- A proactive, hands-on approach with a willingness to get involved across all aspects of the role
- Confident communicator with a warm and approachable style
- High attention to detail and a naturally organised way of working
- Comfortable working in a smaller team environment where flexibility and collaboration are key
- Strong Microsoft Office skills and overall technical confidence
