About Tucker Stone

Tucker Stone is an independent Executive Search firm specialising in Chief People Officer and Senior HR appointments across multiple industry sectors and geographies – predominantly across Europe, US & Middle East.

We work with private equity-backed businesses, listed companies, global organisations and ambitious scale-ups, helping our clients appoint exceptional HR leaders who transform organisations. We're deliberately boutique. Our clients choose us because we're thoughtful, highly personal and uncompromising on quality. Every search is bespoke. Every appointment matters.

The opportunity

This isn't a traditional Executive Assistant role. You'll become the operational heartbeat of Tucker Stone—working alongside three Search Partners (two of whom are the Founders) to ensure every client assignment, every proposal, every report and every interaction reflects the quality we're known for. You'll be trusted with significant responsibility from day one, becoming involved in almost every aspect of the business—from coordinating international executive search assignments and managing relationships with senior clients and candidates, through to helping us develop the business, improve systems and keep everything running brilliantly. If you enjoy variety, thrive on organisation and take enormous pride in producing exceptional work, you'll love this role.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
