Executive Assistant – Private Equity | Mayfair
£65,000 + Exceptional Bonus & Benefits
5 Days Office-Based | Mayfair, London
An exceptional opportunity has arisen for a highly accomplished Executive Assistant to join an ultra-exclusive, globally respected investment firm in the heart of Mayfair.
This is not a typical EA role. Set within beautifully designed, light-filled offices, you will be part of a discreet, high-performing environment where excellence, detail, and presentation are second nature. With access to an in-house Private Chef preparing fresh, tailored meals daily and a tranquil tropical courtyard designed for relaxation, this role offers a truly elevated working experience.
The Role
Supporting a dynamic team of 8 investment professionals, including senior leadership at Director level, you will operate at the heart of the business, acting as a trusted right hand and ambassador of the firm.
Based from a stunning, design-led reception space—complete with a signature scent and a constant flow of Ultra High Net Worth visitors—you will blend traditional EA support with front-of-house excellence and project coordination.

Key Responsibilities
- Complex and ever-changing diary management across multiple time zones
- Coordination of intricate, multi-stop international travel on a weekly basis
- Acting as a polished first point of contact for UHNWIs and senior stakeholders
- End-to-end management of meetings, including logistics, hospitality, and presentation
- Supporting high-profile projects including investor events, roadshows, and private functions
- Expense management across multiple currencies
- Partnering closely with senior leadership to ensure seamless day-to-day operations
About You
- 5–10 years’ experience as an Executive Assistant within Private Equity or a Hedge Fund
- Proven experience supporting a team, including senior leadership/Director level
- Impeccable presentation and communication skills
- Calm, composed, and highly organised with exceptional attention to detail
- Naturally service-oriented with a discreet and professional approach
- Confident managing high volumes of work in a fast-paced, high-performance environment
