Job Description
About the Role:
Join our vibrant school community as a EAL Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA) and play a vital role in supporting teaching and learning.
- Working closely with teachers, you'll help ensure every student achieves their full potential by delivering high-quality classroom support, including leading lessons when needed.
- You will work with individuals and small groups to enhance learning and build confidence, support students with additional needs by adapting resources, and contribute to creating a positive, engaging, and inclusive learning environment.
- Additionally, you'll assist with assessment, provide feedback, and help monitor student progress.

- Confident in delivering lessons and managing classroom behaviour

Essential Criteria
- Educated to at least GCSE standard including Maths and English Grade C/5 or above
- Basic First Aid or willingness to undertake it
- Level 3 in Safeguarding or willingness to undertake it
- Working in a school environment
- Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office packages (Word, Excel, Outlook, Publisher, PowerPoint)
- Experience and working knowledge of the National Curriculum of England including Early Years, KS1, KS2.
