Role Description
This is a part-time remote role for an EAP Therapist at MantraCare. The therapist will provide short-term counseling, crisis intervention, and psychosocial support to employees referred through employer-sponsored programs, using secure virtual channels.

Key Responsibilities
- Conducting intake assessments
- Developing brief treatment plans
- Delivering individual sessions
- Coordinating care with MantraCare’s AI-driven tools and clinical protocols
- Documenting sessions in line with organizational standards
- Maintaining confidentiality
- Collaborating with a multidisciplinary care team as needed
- Identifying high-risk situations
- Making appropriate referrals to higher levels of care
- Contributing feedback to improve MantraCare’s digital mental health offerings
Qualifications
- Clinical counseling and psychotherapy skills, including experience in brief, solution-focused, or EAP-oriented interventions
- Strong assessment, risk evaluation, and crisis management capabilities, with the ability to respond calmly and effectively in urgent situations
- High proficiency using telehealth platforms and digital tools, and comfort working within an AI-supported clinical environment
- Excellent interpersonal communication, cultural humility, and the ability to build rapport with diverse employee populations
- Current licensure or certification as a mental health professional (e.g., psychologist, counselor, social worker, psychotherapist) in relevant jurisdiction
- Experience in employee assistance programs, workplace mental health, or occupational stress management is highly beneficial
- Strong documentation skills and familiarity with privacy, data protection, and ethical standards in digital mental health
- Ability to work independently in a remote setting, manage a part-time caseload, and adapt to evolving clinical and technology workflows
