What you’ll be doing day to day:
- Acting as the organisational lynchpin for the 3 Partners
- Managing complex diaries, travel and organising meetings
- Working closely with stakeholders, clients and portfolio businesses, building external relationships
- Developing strong working relationships across the whole office
- Researching and preparing material for meetings
- Organising internal events and corporate hospitality
- Supporting with personal administration as required

The skills you need to bring:
- EA/PA experience from financial services
- Experience supporting professionals in a busy team environment
- Advanced tech skills
- Confident communication skills – both verbal and written
- An interest in learning and developing your skills and knowledge of the business
- True desire to be part of a dynamic and growing business
