Location: Largely remote, but available for approximately weekly visits to the London HQ
Remuneration Package: Up to £100k base salary + discretionary bonus
A successful private equity entrepreneur, based in London, is seeking an outstanding Executive Assistant / Personal Assistant / Business Administrator to provide exceptional, high-impact support across both business and personal matters.
About the Role
- Full-time ideally, but not necessarily.
- Requires a proactive, self-sufficient individual who thrives on getting things done in a fast-paced, high-expectation environment.
- Involves both business and personal responsibilities, spanning diary management, administration, research, and hands-on strategic support.
- This is a demanding and highly trusted role for someone who enjoys ownership and responsibility.

Key Attributes
- Degree-educated or relevant work experience, with strong numeracy skills and the ability to prioritise effectively.
- Detail-oriented, highly organised, and able to stay calm under pressure.
- High energy, resilience, and a strong sense of initiative.
- Fast and accurate typing and shorthand abilities.
- Comfortable handling a wide variety of tasks, from the practical to the abstract.
- Intellectually sharp, commercially aware, works creatively, quickly and capable of operating at a high level.
- Highly responsive and flexible, including occasional out-of-hours calls
- Demonstrable track record of high performance in previous similar roles.
